Yet, Another Song!

This song is called "While I'm Waiting", it is such an encouraging song because it is all in God's perfect timing when we are going to get our travel date. If we could, we would be gone faster than one can blink their eye and fly to China as soon as we could but we just can't. We need to remember that it is ALL in God's timing. So, as we keep you updated please pray we hear from them soon. Little Kendra and Josiah need someone to love them dearly and they need a loving, caring, family very soon. We are extremely anxious as you can tell, so please...keep me and my family in your prayers.

Patience

12 years ago when we began Jerica's adoption I really believed God was teaching me how to be more patient.  It was SO hard waiting to hold my first child.  Eventually in HIS time, I held her and cried tears of joy.  Then came Alexa, Ariana, Isaiah, and Elijah and with each adoption it was again hard to be patient., but all worth the wait!
Fast forward through all those years and you would think by now I would have this patience thing down pat.  I. DO. NOT!!  I must not have learned my lesson because right now I'm having a difficult time waiting on one silly letter that needs to come in the mail.  A very simple letter telling us that our file has been sent to our US Consulate in China.  After we receive this letter we can then apply for our Article 5.  We must have that before we can get our Travel Approval from the office in Beijing.  So dear friends, please pray for me that I'll be patient, with a happy heart, and that the letter will show up soon.  VERY SOON!
